DECREE
THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

On Providing Humanitarian Support to People Who Share Russian Traditional Spiritual and Moral Values in order to protect fundamental human rights and freedoms, and to support persons who have freely chosen spiritual, cultural, and legal ties with the Russian Federation, in accordance with Article 24, paragraph 1, of Federal Law No. 114-FZ "On the Procedure for Leaving and
Entering the Russian Federation" of August 15, 1996, and Article 3, paragraph 2, of Federal Law No. 115-FZ "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation" of July 25, 2002, I hereby decree:

1. To grant the right to apply for a temporary residence permit to foreign citizens and stateless persons without taking into account the quota approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, and without submitting a document confirming proficiency in the
Russian language and knowledge of the history and legislation of the Russian Federation.

This is for those who have expressed a desire to move to Russia from foreign countries on the basis of non-acceptance of policies implemented by those States that impose destructive neoliberal ideological attitudes, which contradict the traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, as provided for in the Fundamentals of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values approved by Decree No. 9 of the President of the Russian Federation on November 9.2022 N809. On approval of the Fundamentals of State Policy for the preservation and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values.

2. We establish that:

a) The list of foreign countries that implement policies that impose destructive neoliberal ideologies that contradict traditional Russian values will be approved by the Government of the Russian Federation upon the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

b) An application for a temporary residence permit, indicating the reasons listed in paragraph 1 of this decree, will be submitted in accordance with the procedures established by Articles 6 and 6.1 of the Federal Law No. 115-FZ "On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation".

c) The decision to issue a temporary residence permit in accordance with this decree is made in accordance with the established procedures, provided that there are no
grounds for refusing to issue a temporary residence permit as provided for in article 7 of federal law No. 115-FZ of July 25, 2002, "On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian
Federation."

3. The government of the Russian Federation is required to:

a) Ensure the implementation of measures aimed at implementing this decree within one month.

b) Bring their acts into line with this decree.4. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation shall ensure the issuance of single-entry ordinary private visas for a period of three months on the basis of a decision by the head of a diplomatic mission or consular institution of the Russian Federation to issue a visa to a foreign citizen or stateless person, accepted in exceptional cases upon their written application, which indicates the motives
provided for in paragraph 1 of this Decree.

5. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation shall take measures aimed at the implementation of this Decree.
6. This Decree comes into force from the date of its signing, with the exception of paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 5, which comes into force on September 1, 2024.

The route starts in the village “Krasnaya Volya”, the route itself passes through gorgeous National Park of Sochi - you will pass a fairy-tale forest, an incredible river canyon with a view of the Krasnaya Volya Mountains.

The first location -
“Cave of the Mother of God”.

The second location is a picturesque canyon of the river “Kudepsta”. The color of water in the river is fascinating.

Further the trail leads us to a huge Glade, we will feed the horses from our hands and enjoy the view of the mountains.

The final point of the route is a truly breathtaking sight: the dry canyon “Psakho”, . The canyon is a waterless path among steep cliffs. Here you can see bright green carpets of moss, gray limestone and stony formations covered with lianas, sprawling thickets of ferns, as well as rare indigenous flowers listed in the Red Book.

The 10 km long route is circular and is of medium difficulty.

For the route you'll need comfortable trekking shoes and water.

Тоuching the Beauty of the Planet, which awakens our senses and opens our hearts to Love.

The route “Azhek” starts from the edge of the village of Nizhneye Orekhovo, the 20 metre waterfall “Orekhovsky” passes through the relic forest, picturesque gorges and waterfalls as well as the medieval temple.

Orekhovsky waterfall is considered one of the highest and most picturesque among similar pristine natural sights on the the Black Sea coast.

You will also pass a small Christian temple “the hall” built in the 11th century. Its plan resembles small East Georgian temples built in Abkhazia, during the late Middle Ages.

Azhek waterfall is one of the most difficult to access waterfalls in Sochi, making it fascinating due to the small number of tourists, rich fauna and flora all nested in a fantastic forest.

During the last Millenia, the strong waterfall carved a 7 meter wide lake under it, in which you are welcome to bathe in.

Near the waterfall grows boxwood, yew, pizund pine, forest grapes, as well as various herbs and flowers.

The route runs along a marked trail in Sochi National Park with the length of 10 km and has a medium level of difficulty.

For the hike you will need comfortable shoes and clothes as well as a water bottle.

White Rocks is a canyon that has been carved out by the elements within the limestone strata by the Bolshaya Khosta River in the Navalishinsky Gorge at the foot of the Caucasus Mountains. The tract got its name because of the snow-white color of the stones that make up its banks.

The route starts with a picturesque view of Navalishinsky gorge and the foothills of the main Caucasus ridge. We'll enjoy an incredible view from high above, where birds fly, feeling the blowing of the wind whilst basking in the warmth of the sun.

The route takes us further down into an amazing forest with an ornate path to the canyon itself.

The canyon has formerly coloured banks of varying widths and depths, and the color of the water is magically mesmerising.

The tourist route along the tract stretches for 4 km and has a medium level of difficulty.

Then we go to the tea plantations “Vozrozhdenie”, where the most northern tea on the planet grows.

The plantations are located in the ecologically clean zone of intermountain ranges withingthe Great Caucasus Range.
